24 hour care is provided by our team of professional nurses and trained healthcare staff and general medical practitioners are available on a daily and on-call basis. A care plan will be developed with the Resident's participation, which will be individualised to set out the Resident's personal care needs and will provide direction to the team of staff responsible for the Resident's care. This will be reviewed following the Resident's feedback, any changes in his/her personal needs and circumstances, and updated no less frequently than at three-monthly intervals.
