Hazel Hall is a long-established, family-owned and operated private facility providing care services to older persons and those who require care aged over 18. It is conveniently located just 1km from the village of Clane, Co Kildare.

Hazel Hall is registered as a Designated Centre for Older People with the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA).
Hazel Hall has a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapist and Activities Coordinator who work together with the Resident, the Resident's Representatives and allied healthcare services to deliver high quality, person-centred healthcare in a relaxed, homely environment.
The Mission of Hazel Hall is to listen to, and work with, individual persons who reside at Hazel Hall, their families, representatives, other professionals and authorities in providing for its Residents holistic, person-centred care and to promote a high quality of life and wellbeing, respectful of the individual's rights and wishes in an environment where each resident and employee matters and is safe, supported, valued and enabled.
Hazel Hall has established its own Charter of Residents' Rights and has an active Residents Committee to ensure the views of its Residents are taken into account when planning for the future.
A Contract for Care is developed for each Resident prior to or on admission.
A comprehensive healthcare assessment is carried out with each Resident in order to formulate an individualised plan of care, agreed with the Resident.
Hazel Hall is a purpose built facility, set in its own secure grounds, with a landscaped courtyard garden and a High Dependency Unit, overlooking its own sensory garden and Old Worlde Cottage. It contains 44 private bedrooms, equipped with Flat Screen Cable TV and call bell system.
The Residents' Day Room is a cozy and homely space where Residents can avail of our wide range of activities, socialize with friends and family, and curl up in front of the fireplace. The newly refurbished Day Room also hosts parties, live music, and movie nights on a 50 inch flat screen TV.
The Garden Room is a bright and colourful Dining Room where Residents can enjoy their meals or take Afternoon Tea, overlooking the courtyard garden.
Our newly refurbished and elegant bedrooms offer our Residents a comfortable and luxurious home-away-from-home experience.
The Abbey Suite:
Hazel Hall welcomes those with additional needs to our newly built Abbey suite, which overlooks the Abbey Garden. Here, Residents can enjoy walks in the garden, raised flower beds, our Abbey farm, the Old Worlde Cottage, and many more outdoor activities. The Abbey has its own Day Room and Dining Area, designed for Residents living with a Dementia or those with High Dependency needs.
Residents can also avail of Hazel Hall's hairdressing salon and multi-denominational chapel.
